Qualification/nonqualification as a public interest foundation closely related to the national government

Note that the Foundation does not qualify as a public interest foundation closely related to the national government for which prior notification to the government is required before reemploying former national public officials as Foundation Board Members under the amended National Public Service Act enacted on December 31, 2008, and other applicable laws and regulations.
