SGH Nursing Care Special Award

SGH Nursing Care Special Award

In order to encourage cancer nursing researchers and healthcare professionals, we give recognition to individuals or groups who have made remarkable contributions to the development and advancement of medical care in Japan by conducting pioneering research and practices in cancer nursing and who show strong future promise. Award winners are presented with a certificate, prize money, and as the Kuriwada Eiichi Prize, a bronze statue of “悠(Yuu)”
This award was established in fiscal 2003 as the Sagawa Nursing Special Research Grant Award. The name was changed in fiscal 2011, since which it has been presented as an award in recognition of outstanding achievement.
